Cooking, a passion

Chef Damien Andrews

Damien Andrews’ passion for cooking comes from his two grandmothers.

Former right-hand man to Michelin-starred Chef Patrick Raingeard at the Port Palace in Monaco and at the Hôtel Cap Estel restaurant, Damien Andrews has been also a member of the Escoffier disciples association since 2022.

At the head of the Patio Restaurant & Terrasse, Damien Andrews highlights the typical flavors of the Nice’s hinterland blended with those of the Mediterranean Sea.
On the menu, pleasure as much as skill, with delightful sharing plates but also : a carpaccio of sea bream with raspberry and ginger, slow-cooked monkfish with purple artichokes and Nice olives, and to finish on a tangier and sharper note, a lemon bergamot tartlet.

Cooking is more than a job, it's a real passion. I get up every morning with the desire to surpass myself, to go even further in my dreams. But also, to pass them on to my teams, as well as to our guests, so that they experience the best possible moments at the table of Le Patio.
